About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content (graphics, videos, copy)
  • Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or account management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts
