Hair Drama Company, founded by entrepreneur Priyanka Sanghi in 2015, is a niche aesthetic and fashion-forward brand located in Ahmedabad. The company focuses on creating unique and trendy hair accessories to cater to the modern fashionista.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for Social Media Manager at Hair Drama Co. The intern will be responsible for social media creatives, strategies, posting, community management, content generation and effective communication strategies to promote the brand and engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to grow the brands presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the teams to align content with campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports to track growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms to propose fresh ideas.
- Assist with community management, including responding to comments, messages, and interactions with followers.
- Support in influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations for campaign activations.

Requirements:

- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and content formats.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
