About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing new business opportunities in the pest control and prevention sector.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development (Sales)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
Administration & Accounts
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare and submit reports and invoices to customers and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
