We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing new business opportunities in the pest control and prevention sector.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development (Sales)- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and submit reports and invoices to customers and management.
- Proven sales experience in the pest control industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
