Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Site Engineer is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. As a senior member of our team, you will oversee and execute finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and facade finishes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved quality standards. This includes monitoring sub-contractors and labour teams to ensure timely progress, conducting inspections and quality checks for finishing work, and coordinating with project managers, architects, and vendors for material selection and approvals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a good knowledge of quality control and safety practices. You should also have a strong understanding of finishing materials, specification, and installation techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute finishing works
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
  • Monitor sub-contractors and labour teams
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors
  • Prepare work schedules
  • Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness
  • Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support

Qualifications:

  • Diploma civil/B tech civil with minimum 5 years of experience handling big commercial/residential/high-rise projects

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specification, and installation techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
  • Good knowledge of quality control and safety practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
