Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and accelerate new business growth in the India commercial market.

This role requires a strong capability to build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You will be adept at identifying opportunities that benefit the customer and have a keen insight into customer needs.

The ideal candidate will excel at establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, building strong formal and informal networks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with business unit and account managers to drive business growth.
  • Refining and executing business strategies, identifying target accounts, and aligning account objectives to validate our offering and secure customer dedication.
  • Creating technical content in collaboration with technical marketers, product managers, and R&D team members.
  • Identifying new markets and jointly developing new business with NI test integration partners.
  • Establishing and developing relationships with subject matter experts and leadership within target customer accounts to position innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Serving as a critical business advisor for account teams by providing business and technology domain expertise, and growing customer confidence.
  • Building long-term, strategic relationships with key customers and industry influencers.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to deliver business results.
  • Experience working with varied cultures and countries within a global organization.
  • Technical domain knowledge and/or system development experience for 4G and 5G RAN and test in the telecommunication industry.
  • Familiarity with major mixed-signal semiconductor products such as Power Management ICs, Signal Chains, Sensors, and Data Converters.
  • 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in business development, sales, technical service, product development, and market development in the telecommunication industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel 10%-25%, mostly within India.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical and market knowledge in RFIC in 5G wireless, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT.
  • High-speed digital communication, data converters, SERDES.
  • Test and measurement instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Function/Signal Generators, Source Measure Units, DMMs, etc.
  • Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions.
