We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional banking and investment services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services. A bachelor's degree is required, along with strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
