Employment-Based Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment-Based Immigration Specialist to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's growth and success by managing complex immigration cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit petitions for various non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories, including NIWs, O-1s, EB-1As, and H-1Bs.
  • Manage a large caseload independently while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with clients throughout the visa process, providing regular updates on case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor, to ensure timely processing of cases.
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Showcase strategic thinking and initiative in relation to case assignments, identifying and resolving delays in the process.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and perform consistent case tracking and management as per firm policies.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in immigration law, particularly with NIWs, O-1s, and EB-1As.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is highly valued.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and elite prioritization skills.
