Job Title: Financial Content Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content for various finance training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to stay up-to-date with industry trends. You will also be responsible for maintaining close relationships with our clients and ensuring the quality and relevance of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative content for Financial & Business Skills programs, including assessments and evaluations.
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and edit content from other team members and freelance developers to meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to format content in required templates and present proposals to clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for both internal trainers and freelancers to ensure comprehensive understanding of the content.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Support colleagues, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • At least one certification in Finance (MBA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA).
  • Strong presentation skills, written and verbal, and fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office applications.
