About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee and manage financial operations.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with delivery, sales, HR, and other teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearhead month end, quarter end, and year end activities, including accruals & monthly analysis on actuals vs provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation. Ability to interpret data, generate and communicate insights.
