About the Job

As a detail-oriented leader, you will oversee our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Internal Audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an effective ERM framework.
  • Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing enterprise-wide risks.
  • Conducting risk workshops and facilitating mitigation plans.
  • Monitoring key risk indicators and preparing risk dashboards for leadership review.
  • Leading IFC design, implementation, and testing in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs), process documentation, and SOPs.
  • Coordinating with audit committees for timely closure of control gaps.
  • Developing and executing risk-based internal audit plans.
  • Presenting audit findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Following up on audit observations and ensuring timely remediation.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ERM, internal controls, and internal audit.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and audit committees.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk frameworks, IFC testing, and internal audit methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP S4 HANA.
  • Prior experience with Big 4 or internal audit consulting firms is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
  • High degree of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
