Business Risk Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and controlling business risks. This involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing various sources of information, and determining the potential impact and probability of risks to the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and determine risk severity;
  • Developing and implementing control measures to mitigate risk;
  • Monitoring and reporting on risk exposure and control performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including risk identification, risk appetite, and profiling. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and risk management;
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
