  • Typography and Kinetic Typography: Select and animate text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.
  • Audio Integration: Sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create cohesive final products.
  • Video Editing: Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics align with client brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
  • Optimization: Prepare and export animations in various formats optimized for different platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of design principles: Layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.
  • Proficiency in animation principles: Timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must, and knowledge of other software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: The field is constantly evolving, so staying current is crucial.
