Job Title: Motion Graphics Specialist

  • We seek a skilled motion graphics specialist to create captivating visual content for various digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to develop compelling visual narratives.
  • Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while working within brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and knowledge of 3D animation software.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
  • Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
