
International Digital Marketing Lead

Job Opportunity:
As a seasoned digital marketing professional, you will oversee and optimize high-stakes campaigns for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership and strategic skills who want to make an international impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets of USD 50,000 – 100,000/month.
- Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.
- Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (media, content, technical) to drive higher conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).
- Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization.
- Preferred: Experience managing international campaigns or working in an agency environment.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
