Job Description
As a Process Expert at Bosch, your primary responsibility will be to manage FICO projects worldwide, ensuring successful implementation and integration with SAP R3 and S4 systems. Your expertise in CO-Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product cost accounting, and Internal order accounting will be instrumental in defining and implementing new accounting concepts, aligning them with changing legal requirements.
You will also be responsible for initializing and implementing process adjustments, standardization, and optimization initiatives. Furthermore, you will serve as an interface between accounting and other process departments, IT, central departments, and business units during rollouts and projects.
Your tasks will include planning and coordinating tests, training, and migration, as well as transferring knowledge and providing support to worldwide locations on accounting questions related to SAP FICO processes.
In addition, you will drive continuous improvement activities for related processes and systems, support global systems improvement activities, and evaluate global process and system requirements.
Strong business knowledge in accounting and finance, coupled with work experience in handling accounting for manufacturing companies, preferably, will be essential in this role. Your understanding of General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Bank transactions/Direct & Indirect Taxes/Fixed Assets will enable you to make informed decisions and drive process improvements effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must possess:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant or Full-time BE degree in any discipline;
