Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead our finance operations and strategy.

This role will oversee the company's financial strategy, controls, compliance, and reporting functions. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role ensuring that financial operations are robust, regulatory obligations are met, and audit processes run smoothly.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Manage regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Design and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes aligned with crypto asset flows.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on AML, KYC, tax, and regulatory filings.
  • Lead treasury operations including liquidity management, crypto wallet oversight, exchange accounts, and banking relationships.
  • Oversee payroll, vendor payments, revenue recognition, and financial operations.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in fintech or payments companies.
  • A strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain transactions, digital asset accounting, and custody mechanisms is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing statutory and regulatory audits.
  • Familiarity with financial controls, risk management, and treasury operations within a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with external regulators, partners, and internal teams.
  • Professional certifications such as CA / CPA/ ACCA (with CFA certification preferred).
