    The role of Planning Manager is pivotal in shaping our supply chain strategy.

    As a key team member, you will be responsible for optimizing stock replenishment across assigned areas of our network.

    We seek a seasoned professional with experience in Supply Chain Planning and Distribution in FMCG industry, holding an MBA – Operations/B.E. or equivalent qualification.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining optimal Safety stock norms to manage uncertainties in demand & supply;
  • Delivering exceptional fill rates (OTIF) at all designated points across the country;
  • Ensuring On Time Finished Goods delivery of Consumer promotions, new launches, and season plans in alignment with demand & supply team;
  • Maintaining high stock Freshness across all locations & working on strategies to reduce SLOB;
  • Coordinating between demand and supply teams to align and ensure stock availability;

    To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
