Job Title: Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Architect to contribute to our large-scale projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on exciting developments including townships, apartment complexes, plotted developments (20+ acres), and lake/riverfront projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQs to ensure project quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients to deliver high-quality project documentation across all stages.
  • Manage resources efficiently, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale projects, preferably with a Master's in Landscape Architecture or a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • Strong technical knowledge in concept design, visual rendering, preparing construction drawings, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet project requirements and expectations.
