Job Title: Contract Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contract procurement specialist with prior experience in handling tenders, bids, and RFPs, specifically in the Cybersecurity domain and government e-marketplace portals. The role involves coordinating the entire tendering process from opportunity identification to bid submission, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements and supporting business growth initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tender Management: Identify and track relevant tenders, RFPs, and EOIs on government portals, e-procurement platforms, and other online marketplaces.
  • Manage end-to-end tender documentation, including technical, financial, and compliance sections, to ensure complete and compliant bid responses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) to prepare complete and compliant bid responses.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids on government and private portals.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain updated records of all tenders, pre-qualification requirements, vendor registrations, and submitted bids.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity certifications, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Business Support: Assist in preparing financial quotes, BOQs, and pricing models for cybersecurity products and services.
  • Support the sales team in responding to client queries during the tendering stage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of government portal operations and public tender procedures.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in tendering, government portal management, or bid management.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or IT/ITES sector is mandatory.
