Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services for our projects.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and pricing standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing that benefit our organization.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities, including vendor performance and inventory levels.
- Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
