Job Title: Chief Data Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions that support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines using industry-leading technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in software development projects involving large language models and AI frameworks.
  • Champion modern software engineering practices to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform use cases into production-ready services and solutions.
  • Implement rigorous testing and monitoring practices to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in Data Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in financial services or product development environments is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and strong data manipulation and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Databricks/PySpark and dbt for data warehousing and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow and Temporal.
  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, feature engineering, and knowledge graphs is an advantage.
