Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and publish business intelligence dashboards, reports, and datasets.
  • Implement data models tailored for reporting and analysis.
  • Create reusable formulas, transformations, and semantic layers.
  • Ensure reports and dashboards follow best practices for governance, security, and performance.
  • Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and report automation.

Data Engineering & Integration:

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to load and transform data into data warehouses and marts.
  • Work with onsite data architects and engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance.
  • Build optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting needs.
  • Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data into business environments.

Collaboration & Delivery:

  • Collaborate with onsite leads, data architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide status updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure alignment with enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global team members to maintain consistent coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of workflows.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6–9 years of experience in Data Engineering & Business Intelligence.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service).
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS (ETL development).
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model with diverse teams.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
