Creative Visual Art Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets across digital formats, including social media, websites and campaigns.
- Collaborate with strategists and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual outputs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of quality while adapting designs to feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
- 1.5-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in video editing with After Effects, image editing with Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) and other design tools.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity and problem-solving skills.
