We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to join our team.

  • Identify and underwrite investment opportunities, utilizing market comparables to determine accurate rent, value, and initial bid price for single-family assets
  • Prepare thorough underwriting reports, including detailed analysis of rent, capex, HOA, property taxes, and as-repaired values with high accuracy
  • Closely collaborate with colleagues across various phases of the deal lifecycle to ensure seamless asset acquisition
  • Analyzing market trends and nuances to make informed underwriting decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate-related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record of success in academic and professional pursuits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality results
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
