As a key member of our team, we're seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist to drive the reliability and efficiency of our thermal engineering solutions.

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and instrumentation across our thermal engineering projects.

  • You'll design and develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts to meet project requirements.
  • Selection and specification of sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters to optimize system performance.
  • Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems, utilizing software such as Siemens, Delta, and Allen-Bradley.
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning to ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams to deliver integrated systems that meet client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues promptly, either in-house or at project sites.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, and O&M manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes to protect people and assets.

To succeed in this role, you'll have hands-on experience in:

  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.)
  • HMI/SCADA development
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance
