Job Opportunity:

Design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

Play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes and business requirements.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and support data management and data integration activities.
  • Perform other reasonable project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; above level certifications are an asset.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed individual.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are highly valued.
