Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Manager. This position will involve working closely with customers, partners, and our team to drive projects to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Stakeholders: Ensure positive outcomes for all parties involved in a project.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed plans covering budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and successful project delivery.
  • Define Success Criteria: Establish clear criteria for measuring project success.
  • Communicate Progress: Regularly update stakeholders on milestones, risks, and financials.
  • Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage Risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Provide Leadership: Offer guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Track Deliverables: Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software/SAAS project management and 7+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Sharp business acumen.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
