Job Description

In this key role, we are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager who possesses excellent knowledge and experience in global IT infrastructure and end-user computing.

  • Moderate physical/virtual/hybrid meetings with varied stakeholders
  • Collect requirements and analyze data received from business units
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders via email, phone, and collaboration tools
  • Support local IT stakeholders with purchase order creation and project implementation
  • Analyze business needs with IT stakeholders and coordinate vendors and internal resources to produce technical solutions
  • Perform structuring, coordination, communication, and documentation activities
  • Document project deliverables according to internal PM methodology
  • Orchestrate and drive follow-through of activities according to agreed plans and business objectives
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation
  • Manage escalations to ITTO issues that cannot be resolved by activity teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise voice implementation projects
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects worldwide
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of BU or BU-facing experience with sensitivity and commitment to business problem-solving
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Administration, or a related field
