Pyxera Global is seeking a part-time local project coordinator to manage and provide logistical support for our Global Pro Bono program in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and select host client organizations and develop Scope of Works (SOWs) reflecting specific areas of intervention requested by local clients.
  • Support clients in preparing for volunteer arrivals and arranging stakeholder meetings.
  • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers before their arrival in Bengaluru.
  • Advise and guide corporate volunteers on SOW delivery.
  • Act as the interface between Pyxera Global and partner organizations in Bengaluru, ensuring satisfaction among corporate volunteers and clients.
  • Prepare financial and final program reports.
Logistics
  • Procure and negotiate accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers in Bengaluru.
  • Coordinate program launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host clients.
  • Prepare Bengaluru-related guides and suggestions for project guides.
  • Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival in Bengaluru.
  • Manage project travel logistics for corporate volunteers while they are in Bengaluru.
  • Provide logistical and informational support to corporate volunteers, troubleshooting challenges they may face.
  • Monitor and advise on security arrangements for corporate volunteers in Bengaluru.
Requirements
  1. Must be based in Bengaluru with area familiarity.
  2. College degree in project management, organizational development, sustainability, NGO management, impact investing, communications, or related field.
  3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
  4. Exceptional writing and communications skills.
  5. Ability to conduct Gap and SWOT analysis and develop consulting Scopes of Work with limited supervision.
  6. Experience working with cross-cultural teams and/or skills-based volunteering programs.
  7. Ability to multi-task and manage diverse tasks simultaneously.
  8. Flexible and able to work in a team, individually with limited supervision.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Fluent in English; fluency in Kannada a plus.
  11. Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  12. Experience in virtual and in-person presentation skills.
