Senior Virtual Event Producer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced virtual event producer to assist in the production and execution of live events via webinar and video conference for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for all virtual live events, including setup, delivery, recording, wrap-up, and reporting for client engagements.
  • Offer advance and real-time support to clients, facilitators, moderators, and thought leaders in producing high-quality learner experiences.
  • Conduct dry-run/practice sessions with clients, facilitators, moderators, and thought leaders as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, scheduling, and content issues in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the team to create, code, deploy, and report on in-event polls.
  • Effectively address client, learner, moderator, and thought leader queries.
  • Anticipate and resolve technology issues during event preparation, informing clients, facilitators, moderators, and thought leaders of any necessary changes.
  • Understand program schedules in detail; anticipate and correct issues before they occur.
  • In case of ad-hoc issues, confidently inform stakeholders while attempting to address them.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a client or customer service-oriented role, a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly become proficient in videoconferencing technologies such as Webex, MS Teams.
  • Proven success working in a team environment and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating problems before they occur.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual meetings and writing.
  • Willingness to take initiative and seek ways to improve virtual event delivery.
  • Confidence to address all stakeholders and speak during a virtual event if needed.
  • A team player mindset and ability to work effectively within a team and/or client setting across various countries and cultures.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation, as this is a high-growth business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages (desired): Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones (AMER; EMEA; APAC).
