We are seeking a skilled Timekeeping Systems Specialist to join our team at IN19 Alcon Laboratories (India) Pvt Ltd Company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of ₹8,00,000 per annum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of applications and integrations, troubleshooting and prioritizing any issues within the timekeeping systems, and developing proactive monitoring to prevent system issues. Additionally, they will partner with Payroll and HR team in reviewing all major change requests and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of timekeeping data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to timekeeping systems.
  • Develop and implement processes to prevent system issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and implement changes to timekeeping systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resource, absence management, or timekeeping systems.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in supporting and configuring Workday is preferred.

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are from 11 AM to 9 PM with slight flexibility.
