  • This role requires strong leadership skills to manage relationships with external vendors, ensure end-to-end documentation, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably with knowledge of FDA, ISO, MHRA regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment, are essential for this position.
