Job Description:

We seek an Engineer level professional to provide support on the condition monitoring of rotating equipment. This involves utilizing various techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and videoscopy to ensure optimal equipment health.

The ideal candidate will utilize online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze and provide recommendations for maintenance needs, avoiding major breakdowns of the equipment. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.

To succeed in this role, you will need to keep updated knowledge of the condition of the rotating equipment through continuous monitoring, tracking, and analysis to identify developing faults or defects.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain the health and efficiency of rotating equipment while adhering to industry standards and procedures.

Job Accountabilities

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to carry out detailed analyses of condition-based data. The successful candidate must be able to monitor and analyze various condition monitoring parameters, including vibration, oil analysis, wear particles, and thermography. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and root cause analysis for actual or potential failures.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Identify inherent conditions leading to equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters.
• Prepare corrective actions and recommendations on observed fault defects and initial damage reports.
• Aim to prevent failure of rotating equipment using all possible condition monitoring data and information analytical tools.
• Monitor and track equipment condition in terms of failures, bad actors, cost, and count, and identify corrective preventive actions.
• Compliance to best maintenance practices of Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Lubrication, Equipment change over, and corrective maintenance.

Skills Required

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications and skills

• Knowledge application of condition-based maintenance techniques analysis with an ability to independently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment problems.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I or equivalent.
• Familiarization with various vibration standards and equipment construction function and maintenance.
