Job Title: Equipment Condition Analyst 

Our organization seeks a skilled Equipment Condition Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing expert-level support in the condition monitoring of rotating equipment by applying various techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and videoscopy.

The successful candidate will utilize online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze the condition of rotating equipment and provide recommendations for maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters, ensuring the healthy operation of rotating equipment in compliance with associated standards and procedures.
  • Carry out detailed analysis of condition-based data, monitor and analyze condition monitoring parameters, and identify inherent conditions leading to rotating equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters.
  • Prepare corrective actions recommendations on observed fault defects, initial damage reports, and maintenance follow-up activities to ensure the optimal performance of rotating equipment.

Requirements:

  • Application of condition-based maintenance techniques, analysis with an ability to independently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment problems.
  • Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring, balancing, alignment, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types, familiarization with various vibration standards, and basic understanding of rotor dynamics, mechanical design, equipment function, and construction.
  • Necessary Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, accredited vibration analysis training Cat I, and knowledge of condition monitoring data systems like CSI, Emerson, SKF, and GE System1 Smart Signal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desirable formal trainings in condition monitoring subject techniques from vendors, consultants, reputed technical training institutes, and certification in condition monitoring techniques.
  • Experience Overall experience of 4-6 years along with at least 2-3 years of condition monitoring in a power refinery, petrochemical industry, mandatory skills O&G Downstream, Upstream, Midstream, AR_VR_MR.
