Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Line Compliance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strong organizational culture, ensuring timely delivery of all compliance activities, and innovating processes to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Compliance team to drive strong organizational culture and ensure completion of deliverables
  • Control documentation procedures and finalize timely releases as per policies
  • Participate in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices
  • Analyze comparative data and prepare regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments and monitoring of compliance-related issues
  • Mentor and guide the team on all aspects of Compliance/Audit/Risk and governing trainings to enhance skillset for the role
  • Review materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements
  • Identify and address potential risks, investigate regulatory inquiries, and prepare required documentation
  • Proactively identify issues and report them as Self-Identified Audit Issues (SIAI) to Corporate Audit
  • Highlight gaps and risks as identified during internal review and ensure closure
  • Monitor adherence to Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Master of Commerce
  • Risk & Compliance, Finance & Accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, presentation skills, leadership and communication skills, and team management skills
