Our team plays a critical role in supporting product and Go-To-Market (GTM) business leaders and teams globally, providing business and financial insights. We are responsible for driving strategic decision-making across multiple products, functions, and geographies.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, Cloud Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team in this challenging and rewarding role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Co-lead a team of analysts in support of Cloud FP&A product and GTM Finance teams, focusing on critical business areas such as product cost, allocations, profit and loss, and spending analysis
- Work closely with Subject Matter Expert (SME) managers in Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Maps Platform, Marketing, and GTM Finance teams and their business partners to scale insights, reporting, allocations, profit and loss, and other critical business and finance processes
- Develop, mentor, and grow the analyst team to provide financial insight to business leaders
- Automate processes and scale work, driving optimal efficiency in time zone management with other global sites
- Collaborate with other Alphabet finance leaders and teams in India to share best practices and optimize quality and delivery of insights

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree
- Experience in building data infrastructure and implementing scalable monitoring, as well as developing and leading a team
- Leadership experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives, across multiple products, functions, and geographies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of departments
