Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned UI/UX professional to spearhead the design of our cutting-edge communication platform.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the user experience for millions of people across the globe.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that align with business goals
  • Design and deliver user-centered interfaces that are secure, accessible, and performant
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma, Framer, or similar tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Expertise in Figma, Framer, Adobe CC, and motion/interaction prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar
