Financial Analyst - Accounting Position

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and coordinating across departments to streamline workflows. They will also prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management analyses.

The role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations and ensure smooth business processes
  • Coordinate across departments to streamline workflows
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management analyses
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory standards
  • Drive process improvements for financial efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (ICAI or equivalent recognized body)
  • 3-4 years of experience in Finance, MIS, and Accounts
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
