Strategic Business Growth Leader

As a Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of our Resource Management division.

This is not a traditional sales role—it is a strategic business leadership opportunity, requiring the ability to act as a consultative partner to senior executives, understand evolving business challenges, and design workforce solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, aligning our solutions with client business goals.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish us as a premier staffing partner.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
  • Relationship Building: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Market Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that our diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
  • Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy of MSH.
