Key Leadership Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Engineering team. This role requires a strong understanding of data transformation, visualization, and engineering principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team of analysts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence and reporting, including enterprise-wide reporting systems and built dashboards and reports from scratch.
  • Experience in team management, handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within the constraints of a corporate IT environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Data engineering and transformation skills - SQL or Oracle.
  • Data visualization skills - Power BI is essential, Tableau or Qlik is desirable.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks on Azure and AWS.
