Job Title: Software Developer for Lab Information Management System

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team in developing and customizing a lab information management system (LIMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize the LIMS based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement workflows, data models, and business rules based on the LIMS data model.
  • Create custom scripts, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Java, or other scripting languages.

Testing & Deployment:

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support system deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Integrate the LIMS with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, and others.
  • Ensure proper data flow between lab equipment and the LIMS.

Qualifications:

  • B.E degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, or VBScript for customization.
  • Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and Web Services.
  • Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Decision-making power.
  • Ability to design overall solutions for the LIMS.

Work Environment:

Our team is agile and collaborative. We participate in daily meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of our team.
