We are seeking a highly analytical professional to lead projects that quantify the impact of marketing and business activities on key performance metrics such as sales and ROI. In this role, you will apply statistical and econometric methods to deliver actionable insights, automate solutions, and support strategic decision-making across various industries.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day client data processing and project delivery in Marketing Mix Modeling engagements.
  • Apply econometric modeling techniques to assess the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Interpret complex data and analytical results to generate actionable business recommendations.
  • Presentation of findings through well-structured PowerPoint presentations tailored to client audiences.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, consultants, and clients.
  • Performance of R&D as needed to improve modeling accuracy or explore new techniques.
  • Automation of repetitive tasks and data workflows using tools like VBA, R, or Python.
  • Support for the development and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks and custom models.
  • Ensurance of quality and consistency in deliverables across projects and industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong educational background is essential. A graduate degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field is preferred. Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work in Marketing Mix Modeling, is also necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS is crucial. Advanced skills in Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint are also beneficial. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
