Senior Test Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Management Expert to join our team. As a Test Management Expert, you will be responsible for managing the entire test management lifecycle, from test planning and preparation to test execution and defect management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in test management, particularly in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite) and other testing tools. They will be able to deliver high-quality results and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage test planning and preparation activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth test execution
- Identify and prioritize defects and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test cases creation and repository, testing enablement and execution strategies
- Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify and Analytic tools like PowerBI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and technologies
- Fluency in multiple languages
