Semiconductor Sales Director: Unlocking Asia-Pacific Growth Opportunities

Job Summary: Eteros Technologies is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead growth initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in Semiconductor/VLSI sales, account management, and business development.

With a strong presence in the automotive, AI, and datacenter SoCs markets, our expertise has garnered recognition from over 25 global customers.
Growth Strategy: As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in India and Asia-Pac through targeted customer engagement, account planning, and negotiation of contracts. Your success will be measured by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, fostering customer satisfaction, and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and secure new business opportunities across India and Asia-Pacific
- Develop and execute sustainable account strategies and plans
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
- Build and nurture C-Level connections with named accounts
- Manage sales processes from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with internal groups to explore service offerings
- Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
- 10-15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in account management
- Proven track record of success in major account management
- Experience in the semiconductor services sector (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Goal-oriented, assertive, and hands-on problem-solving abilities
Compensation Package: We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, and additional benefits to ensure your success and satisfaction.
