Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Kochi. As a key member of our advocacy team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, appeals, and negotiations
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments
Qualifications
- LL.B or equivalent degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil or criminal law
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry developments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients
- Membership in the Bar Council of the relevant state
