Our organization is seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional who can design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ACCELQ (Cloud version) for web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation, functional testing, and experience in implementing CI/CD-based automation frameworks.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ACCELQ (Cloud version) for web applications.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to ensure application quality across functional, regression, and integration levels.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
  • Maintain test scripts, debug failures, and ensure high reusability and maintainability.
  • Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Provide test coverage reports, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure automation best practices and contribute to QA strategy for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ACCELQ Web (Cloud) for automation.
  • Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and test design principles.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD environments.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to automate using ACCELQ (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git.
