We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our video content team.

About the Role

This is a high-profile opportunity to oversee the development of original, branded, and editorial content across various genres.

  • Creative Vision: Spearhead the end-to-end creative process—ideation, scripting, shoot planning, directing, and supervising post-production—for engaging video content.
  • Content Innovation: Design new video IPs and show formats that align with our brand's voice and cater to diverse audience preferences.
  • Production Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of shoots including pre-production planning, location management, talent coordination, and on-ground direction when needed.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand teams to deliver visually appealing, on-brand content for editorial and branded deliverables.
  • Performance Analysis: Review analytics and performance reports to iterate and improve content formats for enhanced audience engagement and retention.

You will work closely with our team of video editors, scriptwriters, designers, and production crew to deliver high-quality videos within tight deadlines.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, platform innovations (especially YouTube & Instagram), and competitors to maintain fresh and relevant content.

Key Qualifications
  • 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in video content production, creative direction, or digital storytelling (YouTube/digital-first platforms preferred).
  • Proven track record of building successful video formats or show IPs.
  • Strong scripting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visuals and pacing.
  • Excellent understanding of video production workflows including shoots, lighting, sound, and editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video trends and algorithms.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A creative mindset with passion for digital media and audience-centric content creation.
