We are seeking an experienced cloud development professional with a strong background in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining web applications using VBCS to meet business requirements and user needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing web applications using Oracle VBCS to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of VBCS applications with other Oracle PaaS services for enhanced functionality and efficiency.
  • Utilizing knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud Services for smooth integration and data flow between different cloud services.
  • Developing SaaS extensions using VBCS to extend the capabilities of existing Oracle applications.
  • Leveraging expertise in Oracle database and PL/SQL to implement data-centric functionalities in VBCS applications.
  • Maintaining high standards of code quality and ensuring comprehensive unit test coverage to deliver reliable and robust solutions.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams on project assignments and contributing to a cohesive and productive development environment.
  • Estimating tasks accurately and meeting milestones and deadlines appropriately to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Demonstrating outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, updates, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud development using Oracle products.
  • Proven expertise in developing, testing, and debugging web applications using Oracle VBCS.
  • Knowledge and experience in integrating VBCS applications with other Oracle PaaS services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Services for seamless data integration between cloud services.
  • Work experience in developing SaaS extensions using VBCS to enhance the functionality of existing Oracle applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL for data-centric application development.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of code quality and implement comprehensive unit tests.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with team members on project assignments.
  • Accurate task estimation and the ability to meet milestones and deadlines promptly.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
