Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Manager to lead our hardware and software engineering projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, and promoting effective use of development, testing, and communication tools.

  • Coordinate with Product Management and Architecture teams to ensure end-to-end product architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure integration readiness for each product milestone.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the hardware & software engineering function at our organization.
  • Improve, train, and support teams in adopting and adhering to engineering processes, governance standards, tools, and templates.
  • Promote effective use of development, testing, tracking, and communication tools across teams.
  • Support the Leadership Team in prioritizing and assigning engineering work across teams.
  • Provide regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and the broader business on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Lead technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Track and manage product milestones, activities, tasks, and changes through formal systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, excellent communication and presentation skills, and 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development.
