Job Title:

Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the quality assurance function, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Quality Standards & Compliance: Establish and maintain quality standards specific to high fashion products.
  • Technical Oversight & Inspection: Oversee technical inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Product Development Support: Work closely with design and development teams to review technical specifications and prototypes.
  • Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and test results.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Technological & Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry standards relevant to high fashion manufacturing.
  • Customer & Internal Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams to address quality concerns and expectations.
